The goal of this study was to investigate the reproductive profile male Senduro Goats as superior candidates based on data semen quality. experiment carried out ten kept at Singosari Animal Husbandry Service Unit in East Java, Indonesia. An artificial vagina used collect sperm. macroscopic and microscopic qualities fresh Goat sperm have been observed. Color, volume, smell, pH, viscosity were examples observations. Concentration, motility, viability, membrane integrity results observations showed that average milky white; with volume 1,24 ± 0,22; 6.77 0.05; thick semen. there concentration 2,5 x 109 0.1; mass motility +++; individual 77.5% 2.63; viability 88.98% 2.07; 89.71 1.69. Based these studies, it can be concluded has good quality so processed further, namely storage low temperatures applied Artificial Insemination technology .
